LOS ANGELES, Aug. 16 /Christian Newswire/ -- Drew Perry of Five Points, Tennessee will be speaking at Entrepreneur Days which will be held in Los Angeles, CA on August 25-27, 2006.
Perry became a real estate investor when he was just 18. By the time he was 21; he had purchased or managed 24 houses. The passive income Drew created replaced his Dad’s income so that Mr. Perry was able to come home to care for his ailing father. This was the genesis of their family business that now includes the whole family.
When his mother Rhea told her Christian Entrepreneur Yahoo! Group what they were doing for school that yielded such an incredible monetary reward, they wanted to learn more. She invited them to her farm for a one day event five years ago and over 100 people attended from 18 states, some even flying to the event.
After a second year at the home, the event has become an annual conference where parents can bring their teens to learn how to make money from home by experts in 8 specific fields. These two days of workshops have been essential in bringing Dads home and training teens to start their own businesses.
John Taylor Gatto, author and NY Teacher of the Year is the keynote. Featured guests are Bob Circosta, original host and co-founder of The Home Shopping Network, and Morgan Westerman, producer of The Interview with God.
Other topics include learning stock market options, investing in real estate, selling on eBay, Internet marketing, entrepreneurial publishing and learning how to get out of debt.
Perry’s mother, Rhea, will also share the entrepreneurial philosophy she has adopted in teaching her 7 children.
