MEDIA ADVISORY, Aug. 23 /Christian Newswire/ -- The Opportunity: Interview Jeremy Gimpel, an American-born commander in the Israeli Defense Forces, the host of the most popular talk show on Israel National Radio, and a leader in Israeli activism and politics as he travels across the United States.
Recognizing the distinct challenges that Israel is facing at the current time, Gimpel is kicking off a US speaking tour that will span from South Carolina to Oregon with a message of truth, moral clarity, and an honest perspective on the current events in the Middle East including the tenuous “cease fire” between Israel and the Hezbollah. His goal is to strengthen the ties between Americans and Israelis, Jews and Christians, and provide insight and perspective on the controversial events in Israel that will inevitably effect the entire world.
“Since the return of my people to the Land of Israel, and the establishment of the Jewish State, we have never been so isolated in the global arena of public opinion,” says Gimpel. “It is more important than ever before that the people of America hear the truth about what is really happening in the Middle East. The support for the Jewish people by the Christian World is historically unparalleled. This unity is not only due to a common enemy that seeks our destruction, but to the realization that our lives are based in shared Biblical values.”
Gimpel, along with co-Founder Ari Abramowitz, are both seasoned veterans of the Israel Defense Forces. As commander and soldier, they have served and protected every border of Israel – from Lebanon to the Gaza strip. Both young men continue to serve as soldiers in reserve units and have a comprehensive understanding of the Israeli military and the complex geopolitical situation in the region.
Jeremy Gimpel and Ari Abramowitz host "A Light unto the Nations,” the most popular radio show on Israel National Radio. The two also regularly contribute columns for several publications such as the Jerusalem Post Christian and Arutz Sheva.
Jeremy Gimpel will be in the United States from August 28th through September 20th. Please contact Dena Wimpfheimer to schedule an interview; [email protected] 201-645-4134
